As a church we committed to discipleship and training in biblical understaning (2 Tim. 2.2). There are various ways in which this happens on an ongoing basis. Some of the more formalized opportunities are listed below.
Theology For Breakfast
Theology for Breakfast is a study for the men of Omaha Bible Church led by Pat Abendroth. It meets Tuesday mornings at 6:30am for a time of study and discussion. Visit the Theology for Breakfast website for more information about this study.
Men's Fellowship Groups
Men's Fellowship Groups provide a setting for ordinary fellowship, discipleship between older and younger men, discussion around Christ-centered theology, bible meditation and memorization, and prayer. We meet weekly in a public setting to afford opportunities to interact with the local community. The Men's Fellowship Group also looks for opportunities for a monthly gathering, whether that involves a service project to minister to one another or a calendared event focused on food, fun, and fellowship.

Every other year the men of Omaha Bible Church gather for a weekend retreat. This is alway a great time of encouragement to the men as they fellowship together around the Word of God for a weekend.
