Join us on Wednesday nights at OBC for our midweek adult studies! We have four classes available that meet beginning at 5:30pm. A description of all the studies is below.

5:30pm - Biblical Care & Discipleship
Equipping the church for the ministry of spiritual care and discipleship, applying covenant theology, the law and gospel, and guilt, grace, gratitude to the heart and life for the glory of God.

7:00pm - Biblical Foundations of the Family
This class will lay a biblical and theological foundation for God's creation purpose and redemptive plan for the family in relation to the common and civil realm as well as the spiritual realm of the life of the church.

8:30pm - Christianity Applied, Part I, Human Sexuality
This class is an extension of the class Biblical Care & Discipleship and will serve as a means of applying Christian doctrine to cultural issues represented in a number of topics and case studies. We will work at integrating Reformed theology into life and practice beginning with the topic of Human Sexuality, extracting principles for marriage and sexuality from the doctrines of God, the two natures of Christ, creation, fall, redemption, and new creation.

9:30pm - Historical Theology
This is a continuation of our Historical Theology class integrating the Heidelberg Commentary, Church and Reformed Fathers, and Christian tradition for a better understanding of classic Christian doctrine. We will continue with Trinity and Space, Time, and Matter.
