What Fuels the Mission of the Church?
I have read books that address the motivation of the mission of the church, whether local or international. The list includes but is not limited to the need to reach out to the lost, lack of enough labor to harvest, perceiving the gift of evangelism, love for the lost, and so on.
Though all the above-mentioned motivations can be good and biblical drives with the right attitude, they fail to provide a deeper and long-lasting motivation.
What Fuels the Mission of the Church? explores a more satisfying drive that every believer and bible-believing church should cultivate. When you read this book, it will be clear that this drive sets a robust foundation and ultimate mission goal.
Hames and Reeves have written this book so that it is easy to read and follow the flow of their thoughts. Using the scripture references will enable you as a reader to study the text used in each section more.
Another great thing about this book is its reasonable number of readable pages. This might be a good motivation for those who don’t like reading big books. I hope you find it to be an impactful aid in the pursuit of a God-honoring mission for his church.
