The Elders of Omaha Bible Church met on Tuesday evening, August 19. The meeting began with Pat opening in prayer, thanking the Lord for His continued work in the lives and ministries of OBC.

We then read Article 3 of the London Baptist Confession of 1689, which focuses on the decrees of God.

Dave Guthrie provided the July financial update, reporting an income of $92,767 for the month. The elders also approved the budget for the 2025 - 2026 fiscal year, set at $1,011,293.

The elders then had a discussion regarding church membership and approved Drew and Valerie Holloway for membership.

Pat shared an update on the recent Greece trip, noting it was a wonderful experience and expressing his hope to lead another group in the future.

We also discussed the upcoming Pactum Conference, which is less than a month away.

Finally, Mike Holloway informed the elders of his plan to retire at the end of this year.

The meeting concluded with prayer.
