Living in Faith and Increasing in Love
Colossians 1:3

"We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints"

Looking back, what an incredible year we have had in Women's Ministry!  We have been challenged and encouraged to "Live Joyfully with the Master" by continually placing God's character and attributes before us in order to develop an intimate relationship with Him through His Word.  We have been challenged and encouraged to affect our hearts with His character, and as a result to respond in a way that proves and rightly represents who He is!  We have been changed!

Looking forward, women of Omaha Bible Church will be taking on the challenge of "Living in Faith and Increasing in Love."  The Bible makes it clear that true faith in Christ manifests itself in true love for one another.  All of our events this year will center around this idea of taking the biblical truths of what we know of our Lord and using those truths to teach and remind us how to love.  We will be equipped to develop intimate, profitable relationships with each other, to learn from one another, to encourage one another to love and good deeds, and to live in unity with one another for the glory of God!

Plan to be challenged, plan to grow and plan to be involved! There are abundant ways to use the gifts God has blessed you with in order to be an active part of the body here at Omaha Bible Church.  And yes, we need you.  Please contact Cyndi Focht or Carol Barber to begin living in faith and increasing in love by serving.
