As a church we committed to discipleship and training in biblical understaning (2 Tim. 2.2). There are various ways in which this happens on an ongoing basis. Some of the more formalized opportunities are listed below.
Within the context of an informal small group setting men engage in
theologically rich discussion. The goal of these studies is not to get
'fat heads' leading to pride but theologically informed minds that
leads to worship. The conversation is stimulating and encouraging.
This is a great environment to engage with other men together for the
glory of Christ.

Come Join us for MAN CAMP on Friday and Saturday, February 24th & 25th 2012 as the men of Omaha Bible Church gather at Mahoney State Park for the study of God's Word under the leadership of author and pastor Byron Yawn of Community Bible Church in Nashville TN. He will be speaking on the topic of "What Every Man Wishes His Father Had Told Him" which is also the title of his most recent book. For more information click here.
Twice a year OBC hosts a Men's Breakfast to encourage fellowship between men and promote God-centered teaching. We typically bring in a guest speaker to teach the Scriptures. Past teachers include Dr James White, Phil Johnson, & Don Whitney.
