State St. is Still Closed just East of OBC

While the work is moving forward on State St, access to Omaha Bible Church from the east will be closed again this Sunday. You must approach church from the west on Wenninghoff Rd in order to get on State St. Even though there are Road Closed signs, the road is only closed east of the church driveway so you can approach from the west.

The positive part to all this is you get to drive right past Swenson Park just west of Wenninghoff Road and see where we are having the Fall Family Picnic this Sunday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dinner is served at 4 p.m. with a baptism service to follow immediately after. The weather is forecast to be beautiful with sunny, skies, light winds, low humidity and highs in the low 80's, so come out and enjoy fun, fellowship and the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

If you do appoach church from the east on State St. follow the detour signs south on 78th St. to Sorenson Parkway, then go west on Sorenson Parkway until you go past the Wenninghoff Farms building, and then turn north onto Wenninghoff Rd. to State St. Now you can drive right past the Road Closed signs to OBC.
