Children's Ministry

Infant - Grade 5
From diapers to discipleship, we endeavor to impress upon our children’s hearts the greatness of God, His saving work through the cross, and His truth, the Bible. Our teachers are spiritually qualified to model the character of Christ through loving interaction, communication of simple biblical truths, and God-honoring crafts all intended to encourage children to make their own personal commitment to Jesus Christ and to help them apply His Word in their lives.

Nursery Care (birth—2 years)
Provided for all Sunday services and Wednesday night activities.

Pre-school—Grade School
Comprehensive teaching of the Scriptures that places a high priority on the attributes of God along with biblical truths  that impress upon the heart and mind Christ-likeness vital for spiritual growth on an individual level, in the home, at school, and in the body of Christ.

Children’s Church (3 yrs—3rd Grade)
Sunday A.M & P.M.
Children’s church includes age appropriate church services that afford us the opportunity to minister to this attractive and yet energetic age. Children are dismissed after the Sunday morning and evening musical worship.

Childrens Truth Academy (CTA) (3 yrs old—5th Grade)
Wednesday @ 7:00 P.M.
The Children’s Truth Academy (CTA) is a strategic ministry for children from age three up through the fifth grade. The simple objective of CTA is to proclaim Jesus Christ and teach the Word of God to children for their salvation and spiritual maturity. Biblical instruction is reinforced through scripture memory, systematic theology, historic accuracy, and research projects. Complimenting the curriculum is musical worship, Christian testimony, structured group games, and service projects.

Kid’s Club (3 yrs old—Kindergarten)
Wednesday 9:00—11:00 a.m.
Children’s program that includes Bible lessons, games, and crafts that parallel lessons being studied in the Women of the Word Bible study.

Vacation Bible School (3 yrs old—6th Grade)
Summer Kid’s Program
VBS is a week-long event that provides children the opportunity to learn about God and His Word using biblically-based lessons, structure and a thematic approach. It consists of classroom study, singing, crafts, games and snacks and culminates with a program for the children, parents, and friends.
